THE DOCTORS

Sue Guirguis

Dr Sue Guirguis  

M.B., B.S., L.R.C.P. (London), D.A. (London)
Dr Sue graduated in 1977, in Cairo and obtained further postgraduate qualifications, including anaesthetics from UK.   She immigrated to Australia in 1984 and has been in general practice since; she also does anaesthetic sessions.   She gained extensive experience in family medicine, preventative medicine, child health, (and immunisation) and travel medicine.   She has particular interest in women’s health, dermatology, minor surgical procedures and anaesthetics.   She enjoys outdoor and water activities.   She is married and has two children.

 

Cecily Sutton

Dr Cecily Sutton   M.B., B.S., F.R.A.C.G.P.

Dr Cecily graduated in 1977, in Adelaide and obtained further postgraduate qualifications in Australia.   She has extensive experience in family medicine, preventative medicine, women’s health, travel medicine, and child health (and immunisation).   She has particular interest in sports medicine.   She enjoys outdoor activities and cycling.   She is married and has two children.

 

Mel Deery

Dr Mel Deery

M.B., B.S., (UNSW)
Dr Mel graduated in 2000 from UNSW in Sydney.  She worked at The Canberra Hospital in many areas prior to starting General Practice in 2004.  She continued to work in the Emergency Department part-time until 2006.  She has interests in family medicine, preventative health, paediatrics, and women’s health.  She is married and has a baby girl.  She enjoys good food and travelling. She keeps fit with plenty of outdoor recreation.

 

George Guirguis

Dr George Guirguis   M.B., B.S., L.R.C.P. & L.R.C.S. (Edin), L.R.C.P, & S (Glas)

Dr George graduated in 1976, in Cairo and obtained further postgraduate qualifications from UK.   He immigrated to Australia in 1984 and has been in general practice since.   He gained extensive experience in family medicine, preventative medicine, child health (and immunisation), travel medicine, psychiatry and occupational medicine.   He has a special interest in photography and information technology and its use in medical practice.   He is married to Dr Sue.
